Shipping policy



To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive it within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.


Shipping is handled by the United States Postal Service. Shipping is currently only offered in the continental United States.


Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. Orders placed separately will be subject to separate shipping fees; therefore, it is recommended that you group your items into one order.



All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been processed. Please note: All packages require a signature and will not be released without one. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. Zoe’s African Fashion is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, bad weather, postal strikes, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that public holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Out of stock items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
