Return and Exchange Policy

For safety and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on swimsuits. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or receive store credit for regular priced item only. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered, or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new, unused condition with sanitary strips in place. Swimwear must be in their original packaging with tags attached.

We accept exchanges postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges are accepted for items of any value. If the piece you wish to exchange is of a higher value, the customer will be responsible for the difference. We will email or call you for the payment. If the price of the piece you wish to exchange is lower, the remaining balance will be turned into store credit and CAN NOT be used towards shipping. If there is nothing on our website that you wish to exchange your item for at this time, you may opt for a store credit. The store credit will not include the shipping cost.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange to anyone who does not meet these requirements. Any shipping costs that you incur to return a product will not be refunded.

Please allow 7–10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

All purchases include a return form. Please fill out the form in its entirety. We will attempt to resolve any incomplete exchange forms. If we do not hear back from the customer after four attempts (phone calls and/or emails), a store credit will automatically be issued.
